Description

The Village of Ceylon is seeking qualified contractors for the removal and replacement of the existing roof tin on the Ceylon Rink. The work includes full removal and disposal of all current roofing materials, installation of new metal roof panels, flashing, drip edges, ridge components, ice/water shielding, and complete weatherproofing of all penetrations. The project timeline is from October 19 to December 31, 2026, with flexibility for fall weather conditions. Contractors must obtain all required permits and comply with the National Building Code of Canada, the Saskatchewan Fire Code, and Village bylaws.
