This solicitation is for upgrades to the City’s Water Treatment Plant No. 3 to increase its treatment capacity from 3.0 MGD to 4.5 MGD. The project includes installation of two new reverse osmosis treatment skids, cartridge filters, membrane feed pumps, and various chemical feed pump skids.
