Description

This solicitation is for furnishing unarmed security services at Kahului Harbor on the island of Maui to meet Marine Security Requirements. The contract is open-ended and as needed. Proposals must be submitted via the Hawaii eProcurement Portal (HIePRO) by October 15, 2026, at 2:00 PM HST. Vendors must comply with all applicable state and federal statutes and pay a transaction fee of 0.75% of the award, not to exceed $5,000.
