Simcoe County is seeking qualified vendors to provide clay and/or silty clay capping material for landfill sites in Collingwood and Oro-Medonte, Ontario. - Approximately 20,000 tonnes of clay capping material required - Material must be suitable for landfill capping, free of contamination, and meet all technical, environmental, and quality standards - Scope includes: - Sourcing, loading, transporting, and delivering the material - Providing all labor, equipment, vehicles, supervision, and incidentals - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Bidders may submit pricing for one or both landfill sites - Awards will be made to the lowest compliant bidder for each location - All material must comply with the specifications, testing requirements, and quality standards outlined in the tender

Description

The County of Simcoe is seeking qualified and experienced vendors to supply, load, transport, and deliver clay and/or silty clay capping material for landfill capping at their landfill facilities in Collingwood and Oro-Medonte, Ontario. The material must meet technical, environmental, and quality requirements and be free of contamination. The contract includes all labor, equipment, vehicles, and supervision necessary for the work. The estimated quantity is approximately 20,000 tonnes, with no guaranteed minimum quantity. The contract will be awarded on a site-by-site basis to the lowest compliant bidder for each location.
