The City of Raleigh is seeking one or more qualified firms to provide evaluation and design services for natural gas fueled back up power generators at the Neuse River Resource Recovery Facility (NRRRF). This project aims to replace traditional diesel-fueled back up power with natural gas as an alternate fuel source.
