Description

The Canadian Digital Service (CDS) is seeking to procure a Whiteboard SaaS solution under a 3-year contract (1 initial year plus 2 option years). This solution will support the Government of Canada's continuous improvement of user experience design and product management. The contract duration is 36 months, starting approximately on October 31, 2026. The procurement method is competitive open bidding, and the solicitation is managed by the Department of Employment and Social Development (ESDC).
