Description

This Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks to lease approximately 3,300 square feet of usable office space, with consideration for spaces between 2,800 and 3,800 square feet, in locations including Agawam, Chicopee, East Longmeadow, Holyoke, Longmeadow, Ludlow, Springfield, or West Springfield, Massachusetts. The leased premises will house the client/customer service office of the Massachusetts Teachers' Retirement System (MTRS), providing retirement services and support to public school teachers and administrators in the western and Worcester counties. The lease term is for ten years, with a target occupancy date of September 2027.
