The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is organizing the Fiscal Year 2027 Small Business Fair to foster connections between small businesses, FDA procurement officials, and large businesses for upcoming contracting opportunities. - Event Purpose: - Facilitate networking and matchmaking between small businesses, FDA Project Officers, Technical Leads, and Contracting Officers - Enable large businesses to connect with small businesses for potential subcontracting and joint ventures - Focus Areas: - Highlights top NAICS codes awarded by FDA in the previous year, including: - Computer-related services - Management consulting - Technical services - Custom programming - Systems design - Facilities management and support - Computing infrastructure - Computer/software merchant wholesaling - Event Details: - No specific products, services, or vendors are requested - Matchmaking meetings available for in-person attendees (one per representative) - Registration required; special accommodations available upon request - Commercial Opportunity: - Informational and networking event to prepare for future FDA procurement requirements - Opportunity for small businesses to learn about upcoming needs and for large businesses to identify potential partners

Register now for the Fiscal Year 2027 FDA Small Business Fair This is the official announcement of the event: Your Small Business is invited to attend the Fiscal Year 2027 FDA Small Business Fair!

The event will include a hybrid morning speaker session followed by afternoon in-person matchmaking meetings and large business partnering. After the hybrid morning session, small business representatives will be able to meet one-on-one with FDA Project Officers, Technical Leads, and Contracting Officers to discuss upcoming requirements. Representatives will also be able to meet with large business representatives regarding subcontracting and partnering opportunities. Date and Time: Wednesday, November 18, 2026 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) In-person check-in begins at 8:30 AM ET.

Matchmaking meetings are:

limited (one per representative) only available for in-person attendees first come, first serve for sign-ups 1 – 4 PM
