Description

The Alabama Forestry Commission is seeking a supplier to provide medical services including pre-employment screening, drug and alcohol testing such as random testing, post accident, reasonable suspicion, and follow-ups for all Forestry personnel. The supplier must provide Visify training for Forestry personnel to access the supplier's system. All claim documents must be submitted electronically to Forestry HR after completed testing, and all claim forms must be electronic from all network clinics. The service period is from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027. No subcontracting or third-party suppliers are allowed.
