Description

This Request for Proposals is issued by the County of Grande Prairie to procure consulting services for preparing an Intermunicipal Area Concept Plan (IACP) for lands within the Grande Prairie Intermunicipal Development Plan area. The plan will cover approximately 10,416.81 hectares and will establish a policy-oriented planning framework addressing land use, infrastructure, transportation, environmental stewardship, and growth management. The consultant will be responsible for technical analysis, stakeholder engagement, mapping, plan preparation, and statutory planning documentation. The County Planning Department will oversee the project and the plan will be presented to County Council for adoption by bylaw.
