Homestead Water Association requests proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide engineering services for work related to the implementation of MS Department of Health (MSDH) Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Fund (DWSRLF) project(s). The scope of work includes preparing preliminary engineering reports and cost estimates, plans and specifications, distributing bid documents, assisting in bid opening and contract execution, holding pre-construction conferences, and performing construction inspection with periodic reports. The contract will be fixed price and awarded based on qualifications, experience, and capacity for performance. Minority-owned, woman-owned, and Section 3 eligible businesses are encouraged to submit proposals.
