Description
The Incline Village General Improvement District (IVGID) is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or government affairs firms to provide year-round state intergovernmental relations, legislative advocacy, lobbying, regulatory monitoring, and strategic advisory services. The selected firm will represent and advance IVGID’s interests before the Nevada Legislature, the Office of the Governor, state executive branch agencies, legislative and interim committees, Washoe County, and other governmental entities. Services include legislative and regulatory monitoring, strategic planning, bill draft and amendment support, direct advocacy, stakeholder and coalition engagement, legislative-session coverage, interim representation, and regular reporting. Current priorities include short-term rental tax distribution, emergency use of treated effluent within the Tahoe Basin, Nevada Public Records Act matters, and other legislative or regulatory issues affecting the District.
