SAIT is inviting qualified and experienced proponents to submit proposals to provide comprehensive loading dock management services for the Taylor Family Campus Centre (TFCC) Loading Dock. The successful supplier will manage day-to-day operations including staffing, receiving and coordinating deliveries, operating management software, scheduling dock access, supporting campus departments and vendors, and maintaining safe and efficient operations. The service is expected to start on June 1, 2027, and aims to deliver reliable loading dock management that meets SAIT's operational requirements while providing the best overall value. The estimated contract value is approximately $600,000.
