Description

The Province of Alberta is seeking Self-sustaining Application Services and Base Services to support a suite of applications. The focus is on Continuous Service Improvement and innovation, including new technology tools, Automation-First, and AI-Enabled Service Delivery to increase efficiency and facilitate Knowledge Transfer. This is a negotiated Request for Proposal under the Application Master Services Agreement. The contract delivery period is from December 1, 2026, to November 30, 2029.
