Description

Miami University is seeking proposals for a high-sensitivity, inverted laser-scanning confocal microscope for use in the Center for Advanced Microscopy and Imaging (CAMI). The system will serve as a multi-user research core instrument and must support quantitative spectral fluorescence imaging, high-speed resonant and galvanometer scanning, super-resolution imaging, near-infrared detection, FRET, live-cell and live-organism imaging, thick-tissue and whole-mount imaging, automated multidimensional acquisition, and offline quantitative image analysis.
