Description

The Government intends to award a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for Architect-Engineer (A-E) Services in support of the 86th Civil Engineering Group (86 CEG) mission at Ramstein Air Base and 52 CES in Spangdahlem Air Base (SAB). The place of performance shall be at KMC Area or SAB or other geographically separated areas. The IDIQ Contract will consist of a ten-year Ordering Period and the Awardee Pool is not anticipated to exceed eight (8) firms. Questions will only be accepted until 18 September 2026 no later than 14:00 Central European Time (CET), to allow for adequate time to review and respond. Answers to all questions received will be consolidated and published as an amendment on 25th September 2026. The Government will not reimburse any cost attributed to the preparation of the RFP.
