Description

The City of Eastvale is soliciting qualifications and proposals from qualified Progressive Design-Build entities to provide Phase 1 preconstruction and progressive design services, and if authorized, Phase 2 final design, permitting, construction, commissioning, and closeout services for a new Public Works Operations & Maintenance Facility. The project includes a warehouse or operations building with office and administrative space, crew support areas, storage and maintenance functions, outdoor vehicle/equipment/material storage, site improvements, secure fencing, utilities, stormwater facilities, paving, lighting, security, and related infrastructure. The City aims to deliver a durable, functional, and maintainable facility that supports operations, validate program and budget before final construction, leverage collaboration to reduce risk and improve cost certainty, and maintain transparent cost estimating.
