Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce has determined that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from Indonesia during the period of investigation from January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024. This final determination follows a preliminary determination and includes a full discussion of issues raised by interested parties. The investigation covers solar cells from Indonesia and is part of the enforcement of countervailing duties to address unfair subsidies.
