This notice from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Omaha District informs the construction community about an upcoming transition in project management platforms. - USACE Omaha District will move from the Resident Management System (RMS) to the Construction Management Platform (CMP). - No procurement or solicitation is being issued; this is strictly an informational announcement. - Current contracts are under review and may be modified to include the CMP Specification (UFGS 01 45 00.25 10). - RMS Specification (UFGS 01 45 00.15 10) will be replaced by CMP Specification once CMP goes live. - No vendors, OEMs, products, or services are requested or named in this notice. - The CMP Information Portal is provided for further information and training resources. - Contractors should be aware of potential contract modifications related to CMP implementation. - No commercial opportunity, award, or procurement action is associated with this posting.

Description

USACE Omaha District is transitioning from the Resident Management System (RMS) to the Construction Management Platform (CMP) around March/April 2027.

This is an informational posting only. It does not change or alter the terms, conditions, or spectifications of current contracts. Omaha is actively reviewing, identifying, and modifying current contracts which may not already include the CMP Specification. Reach out to your assigned Contracting Officer with any contract-specific questions or any potential costs you anticipate form this switch. 

Specification Changes

RMS Specification: Governs until the official transition date.

CMP Specification: Takes over once CMP goes live.

Please review the specifications and the CMA² website below for additional information. The CMA² site is maintained at the USACE Enterprise level and will be updated as new information and system training become available.
