Description
The City of Lake Forest is seeking proposals for environmental review services in compliance with CEQA for the Rancho Parkway Commons Project, which involves a residential condominium subdivision and development of a 145-unit townhome community. The project site is 9.12 acres, zoned Urban Activity, with a General Plan Land Use of Business Park. The scope includes initial project scoping, peer review of technical studies, preparation of project description, administrative draft IS/MND, final MND and MMRP, and assistance with tribal consultation among other tasks. The contract is expected to be awarded between November 9, 2026, and November 8, 2029, with services to be completed within three years and possible extensions for up to two additional one-year terms.
