Description

The Chaffey Community College District is seeking a general contractor with significant experience with the Division of the State Architect for the VSS Demo & Parking Lot Expansion Project at 5885 Haven Avenue, Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The project involves complete demolition and removal of the existing two-story VSS Building, including structure, foundations, slabs, utilities, and site improvements within demolition limits. After demolition, the site will be cleared, rough graded, and prepared for a new surface parking lot extension with paving, striping, curbs, gutters, accessible parking and pathways, drainage, lighting, site flatwork, and landscaping. The contractor must protect existing ADA improvements and coordinate with District staff to protect and salvage items to be returned to the District.
