Description
The Chaffey Community College District is seeking a general contractor with significant experience with the Division of the State Architect for the VSS Demo & Parking Lot Expansion Project at 5885 Haven Avenue, Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The project involves complete demolition and removal of the existing two-story VSS Building, including structure, foundations, slabs, utilities, and site improvements within demolition limits. After demolition, the site will be cleared, rough graded, and prepared for a new surface parking lot extension with paving, striping, curbs, gutters, accessible parking and pathways, drainage, lighting, site flatwork, and landscaping.
