Description

The University is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for the replacement of the existing dishwashing machine, tray accumulator, and pulper. The work includes demolition and removal of the current dishwashing machine, pulper/extractor, and tray accumulator, followed by the furnishing and complete installation of a new commercial dishwashing machine, pulper/extractor, tray accumulator, soiled tray conveyor systems, mobile sorting tables, and soak sinks. The scope also includes all necessary supports, accessories, coordination of final plumbing, electrical, and exhaust connections, field verification of existing utilities, protection of remaining building systems, testing, start-up, commissioning, and Owner training.
