Description

Salisbury University is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for the replacement of the existing dishwashing machine, tray accumulator, and pulper in the Commons Building. The scope includes demolition and removal of current equipment, furnishing and installation of new commercial dishwashing machine, pulper/extractor, tray accumulator, soiled tray conveyor systems, mobile sorting tables, and soak sinks. The work also involves all necessary supports, accessories, coordination of final plumbing, electrical, and exhaust connections, field verification of existing utilities, protection of remaining building systems, testing, start-up, commissioning, and Owner training.
