Hernando County Fire Emergency Services is seeking vendors for an indefinite supply of medical equipment, supplies, and pharmaceuticals to support emergency response operations. - Products requested include: - IV administration sets (3711 units) - Pacing/ECG/defibrillation electrodes (75 units) - AED lithium battery packs and replacement kits (Physio-Control, 1 unit each) - Alcohol prep pads (45 boxes) - IV arm boards (10 units) - Adhesive bandages (46 boxes) - Suction unit batteries (Laerdal, 7 units) - Biohazardous waste bags (75 units) - Ambu BlueSensor electrodes (75 packs) - Endotracheal tube introducers (8 units) - Reusable blood pressure cuffs (UltraCheck, 20 units) - Burn sheets (60 units) - CPR bags (Mercury Medical, 101 units) - All items must be new, latex-free, and not used or reconditioned. - Strict compliance with latest codes, standards, and all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws is required. - No minimum or maximum dollar amount or usage is guaranteed under the contract. - OEMs highlighted: Physio-Control, Ambu, Laerdal, Mercury Medical, UltraCheck, Neotech, Amsure. - Pharmaceuticals requested include adenosine, acetaminophen, epinephrine, etomidate, succinylcholine, promethazine, phenylephrine, nitroglycerin, ondansetron, clonidine, baclofen. - PPE and trauma supplies are also included in the scope.

Description

The solicitation is for the provision of medical equipment, supplies, and pharmaceuticals on an as-needed basis. All items must be new, latex-free, and not used or reconditioned. This is an indefinite quantity contract with no guaranteed minimum or maximum expenditure. All work must comply with the latest codes, standards, and applicable Federal, State, and Local laws.
