The solicitation is for the provision of medical equipment, supplies, and pharmaceuticals on an as-needed basis. All items must be new, latex-free, and not used or reconditioned. This is an indefinite quantity contract with no guaranteed minimum or maximum expenditure. All work must comply with the latest codes, standards, and applicable Federal, State, and Local laws.
