Description

The Rose Bowl Operating Company (RBOC) is seeking a qualified architectural firm to serve as its Venue Architect for long-term design partnership. The scope includes site condition assessments, conceptual planning, design phases, construction documents, bidding, and construction administration for anticipated improvements at the Rose Bowl campus. The selected firm will support various capital improvement projects under multiple delivery methods, subject to funding availability and RBOC approval. The contract is expected to start in January 2027 and continue through design and construction phases into 2029.
