The Hurst-Euless-Bedford Independent School District (HEB ISD) is soliciting Qualification Statements for RFQ #26-15 for Construction Manager At-Risk for Multi-Campus Renovations and Facility Improvements, following a two-step process. The project involves renovation of multiple campuses, including the flagship project of converting 1300 Winchester Way (current Bell Manor ES). Qualification Statements are due electronically by 2:00 PM on October 1, 2026, via the District’s e-Bidding system.
