Description

This solicitation is for a new four-year contract for tenant farm services on approximately 475 acres of farmland at the Roush Fish & Wildlife Area, referred to as "Unit A," located at 517 North Warren Road, Huntington, IN 46750. The contract term is from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2029. Bidders must submit their bids via email or fax by October 19, 2026, and prices must remain valid for 30 days after the response due date. The tenant is responsible for farming activities including sowing, cultivating, and harvesting crops, as well as maintaining the leased premises in good condition.
