Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District (District) is seeking proposals from qualified facilitation professionals to design, execute, and provide analysis of two evaluative feedback engagements: one set of focus groups with District staff to understand employee experience trends, and a second set with external stakeholders to assess trust and satisfaction.
