Description

This IFB is issued by the State of Utah Division of Purchasing and conducted by the Department of Natural Resources to procure aerial seeding services as detailed in Attachment B - Scope of Work. The contract will be awarded to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor. The project requires aerial seeding to be completed within 30 calendar days from the official Notice-to-Proceed and includes furnishing labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals. The project covers a minimum of 740 acres and up to 1,150 acres, with bidders required to have completed at least 3 projects of at least 500 acres in the past 3 years.
