The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services is continuing an initiative to provide expert training to probation departments on evidence-based practices, case assessment, and case planning using the YASI/CaseWorks instrument. This training supports the Raise the Age Law by equipping probation officers with skills to conduct valid assessments and develop meaningful case plans for justice-involved youth.
