Description

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contracts for subscriptions including Compliance & CE, SCORM Import, Document Control, IQE 100 Forms, Personnel Documentation, and Compass. Both HHSC and the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) will be entitled to use any contract awarded as a result of this Invitation for Bids (IFB). Bidders must submit comprehensive responses including all required information and documentation to demonstrate their qualifications and capacity to provide the described services. The procurement is conducted under Texas Government Code 2157.068, with a historical spend of approximately $24,344.67 for the period from September 11, 2025, to September 11, 2026.
