SAIT is seeking experienced and qualified restaurant operators, hospitality groups, and food service providers to develop, operate, and manage a restaurant and/or pub within the new Taylor Family Campus Centre. The operator must provide a complete operating model including concept development, menu strategy, staffing, service delivery, marketing, customer engagement, and operational management. The goal is to deliver a unique dining and social experience aligned with the TFCC's vision as a hub for student life and community connection.
