Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is seeking consulting firms to establish a Source List for professional architectural and engineering services on an as-needed basis within the Atlantic region, excluding Newfoundland and Labrador. The contract duration is 36 months with possible extensions up to two additional years and potential increases of up to $6,000,000 each. The objective is to select the five highest scoring proponents, with at least three capable of delivering services in both English and French. Individual commissions are expected to range between $100,000 and $500,000. Proposals must be submitted via the MERX Electronic Bidding System by the specified deadline.
