Description

The purpose of this Special Notice is to provide the SDVOSB Pool of vendors on the Polaris GWAC contract access to the Bidders Library for the Unified Comms requirement. The Missile Defense Agencys (MDA) Chief Information Officer (CIO) has a requirement to acquire modern, enterprise-wide Unified Communications (UC) services to provide effective and secure communication which is critical to the global Missile Defense System (MDS) mission. The MDA requires integrated and professionally managed UC services to support executive communication, daily operations, special events, and mission-critical functions. The scope includes the necessary program management, information technology (IT) engineering, operations, and maintenance to deliver secure and reliable Video Teleconferencing (VTC), Audiovisual (A/V), collaboration, telephony, and Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) services across the MDA enterprise. NOTICE TO OFFERORS (MDA Unified Communications / GSA eBuy RFP 1834298): The documentation contained within this Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Bidders Library pertains strictly to the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) requirement for Unified Communications under GSA Polaris GWAC eBuy RFP 1834298. This PIEE repository serves solely as a supplemental document library; the official Request for Proposals (RFP), performance work statements, solicitation instructions, and all other primary attachments are officially hosted and maintained within the GSA Polaris GWAC eBuy system.
