Description
Mackin Engineers & Consultants has been contracted by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation to perform safety inspections of various overhead sign and wall structures across multiple PennDOT districts in western Pennsylvania. The inspections will occur from October 2026 to July 2031. The contractor will provide inspection support services and maintenance & protection of traffic (MPT) on high traffic volume roadways during inspections. The contractor must have at least 10 years of experience with similar PennDOT projects and provide specific equipment and trained operators in accordance with PennDOT Publication 213. Bids are to be submitted electronically via the PennBid Program by October 2, 2026.
