Description
This is a notice for the completion of a Justification and Approval for a bridge requirement for Drayage Services for performance in Germany.

This authority applies to the acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services valued at up to $9 million where limiting competition is justified. Accordingly, the justification for limiting competition was prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12.102(b) (restricting competition) and 12.201-1 (simplified procedures).
