AWARD NOTICE AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF SOLE SOURCE JUSTIFICATION  in accordance with (IAW) FAR 5.301, FAR 6.305, and FAR Part 12, the Medical Readiness Contracting Office - West (MRCO-W), Fort Bliss/Carson Health Contracting Branch, has awarded a Firm-Fixed-Price commercial sole source contract under 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) / FAR 6.302-1 ("Only One Responsible Source") Contract Number: HT940826FE046, Solicitation / Notice ID: W81K0026QA155, Contractor: Cardinal Health 414, LLC (7000 Cardinal Place, Dublin, OH 43017) Total Award Value: $1,600,000.00 (Base Year + One 12-Month Option Year) Performance Period: July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2028 (if option exercised). Place of Performance: Nuclear Medicine Service Department, William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC), 18511 Highlander Medics Street, Fort Bliss, TX 79906.
