Space Systems Command (SSC) of the Department of the Air Force is procuring a Motorola CommandCentral AXS dispatch console system upgrade for Patrick Space Force Base and Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Air Force, Space Systems Command (SSC), 45 CONS/PKBB - 45th Civil Engineer Squadron (45 CES), U.S. Space Force, Space Launch Delta 45 - OEM Highlight: - Motorola Solutions is the sole OEM specified for all console equipment and integration - Products Requested: - Twelve (12) Motorola CommandCentral AXS Dispatch Console positions - Includes monitors, headsets, microphones, UPS units, internal hardware security modules, and accessories - Distributed across three facilities: Bldg. 1319 (5 units), Bldg. 710 (3 units), Bldg. 49750 (4 units) - KVM Extender Transmitters/Receivers for centralized equipment architecture - Training Materials package (syllabus, guides, quick reference aids) for up to 10 operators and 4 supervisors - Cybersecurity Implementation Plan (CSIP) and ongoing vulnerability assessment services - As-installed customized documentation package (drawings, schematics, configs, backup images) - Services Requested: - Professional system integration and installation (including E911 system integration, radio arbitration, and removal of legacy MCC7500 consoles) - On-site instructor-led training for dispatch operators and supervisors - Year 1 cybersecurity and sustainment services (monthly Nessus scans, quarterly SCAP scans, POAM tracking, 24/7 support, patching, hardware repair) - Optional temporary installation and relocation labor/materials for Bldg. 1319 - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Only Motorola brand equipment accepted due to proprietary compatibility with existing ASTRO 25 IP-based radio network - System design must follow Motorola R56 standards - Cybersecurity deliverables must comply with DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) - All documentation and training materials must be delivered in editable and print-ready formats - Contract includes a 1-year commercial warranty and advanced services; out-year sustainment handled separately
