The U.S. Air Force's 97th Civil Engineer Squadron at Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive chemical toilet services for both permanent and special event locations. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 97th Civil Engineer Squadron, Altus Air Force Base - Products & Services Requested: - Commercial-grade chemical toilets (standard, trailer-mounted, handicap accessible) - Standard Toilets: 94 units (permanent and event use) - Trailer-Mounted Mobile Toilets: 7 units - Handicap Toilets: 10 units - Hand Wash Stations: 15 units - Daily Standard Toilets: 90 units (event use) - Daily Trailer-Mounted Toilets: 5 units - Daily Handicap Toilets: 15 units - Daily Handwash Stations: 15 units - Recurring monthly services for main base and drop zone toilets (3 main base, 1 drop zone, 2 trailer-mounted; serviced twice weekly or twice monthly) - Cleaning, sanitizing, disinfecting, waste pumping, chemical replenishment, minor repairs, and replacement of unserviceable toilets - Delivery, pick-up, maintenance, and supply of all units - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Toilets must match Federal Standard 595b color #23619 - All units must include hand sanitizer dispensers and toilet tissue - Contractor must provide skilled personnel, comply with security, environmental, and safety standards - Special event support (e.g., Air Shows) with advance notice; equipment placement within two days of contract start - Waste disposal must occur off base per regulations - No specific OEMs or brands are named; commercial-grade equipment is required - Contract Structure: - 12-month base period with up to four 12-month option periods - 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 562991

Description

The 97th Contracting Squadron, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for acquisition of Chemical Toilet Services at Altus AFB, Oklahoma.

Any questions shall be submitted via email to the below points of contacts by 20th September at 1100 CST (11:00AM CST). 

This contract is for non-personal services to the Government. The Contractor shall furnish all chemical toilets, parts, labor, tools, supplies, equipment, materials and management necessary to provide chemical toilet service at various areas located on Altus AFB and at the Sooner Drop Zone in Harmon County. The service also includes requests from the CES Contract Officer Representatives (COR) for any special event. Provide skilled personnel in compliance with industry standards to perform all work.  This requirement will begin on 01 October 2021 and will have a 12-month base period with the possibility of four 12-month option periods. This acquisition will fall under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 562991. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside.

Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management Database (SAM) prior to submission of quotes.  Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DoD SAM prior to submission of proposal will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award.
