The Federal Election Commission (FEC) is seeking a contractor to modernize and support its audio-visual (AV) infrastructure across multiple office spaces. - Government Buyer: - Federal Election Commission (FEC) - Office of the Chief Financial Officer, on behalf of the Office of the Chief Information Officer - Scope of Work: - Upgrade AV systems in 11 conference rooms, 7 huddle rooms, and 2 training rooms - Replace 20 meeting room panels outside each room - Replace 11 television displays in common areas - Upgrade the digital signage system - Provide secure, centrally managed hybrid meeting capabilities compatible with Microsoft 365 GCC - Services Requested: - Annual support including troubleshooting and at least two onsite preventative maintenance visits - Warranty support for AV systems - Products/Line Items: - AV system upgrades (part numbers: 0001, 0001AA, 0001AB, 0001AC) - Meeting room panels (part number: 0001AD, quantity: 20) - Television displays (part number: 0001AE, quantity: 11) - Digital signage system (part number: 0001AF) - Unique Requirements: - All AV solutions must be compatible with Microsoft 365 GCC environment - Centralized management and secure hybrid meeting capabilities - No specific OEMs or brands are named in the solicitation, but solutions must meet technical and security requirements.

Description

The purpose of this amendment is to provide additional information regarding the scheduled site visit and associated arrival and security procedures. The site visit is scheduled for Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST at the following location: Federal Election Commission (FEC) 1050 First St. NE Washington, DC.
