This opportunity seeks automatic door operator replacement and repair services for the Southern Pines Inn at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Seymour Johnson Air Force Base - OEMs and Vendors: - M-Force (OEM for operator assembly and control box) - Products Requested: - 1 M-Force Unhanded Heavy-Duty Operator Assembly (Part #314309 or equivalent) - 1 Dual - iQ M-Force Microprocessor Control Box (Part #314315 or equivalent) - Services Requested: - Installation, wiring, integration, testing, and commissioning of the new door operator and control system - Ensure ADA compliance and operational safety - Includes sensor integration, electrical checkout, diagnostics, calibration, and compliance testing to ANSI/BHMA A156.10 - Unique Requirements: - Contractor must provide all labor, materials, and incidentals - Work must be completed within 10 business days of on-site commencement - Compliance with ADA and ANSI/BHMA standards is mandatory - Small business participation is encouraged - Period of Performance: - Work starts upon Notice to Proceed and equipment delivery - Completion required within 10 business days of on-site work start - Work performed during standard base hours, Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays

This is a sources sought for willing and capable small business vendors to perform Seymour Johnson AFB Automatic Door Repair services at the Southern Pines Inn located on Seymour Johnson AFB. Please refer to the attached Statement of Work for further details on this requirement.

This requirement is NAF funded and any future contract actions resulting from this sources sought will be in accordance NAFI guidances.
