Justification for Sole Source Award In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) / 8.405-6(a)(2) this contract was awarded on a sole source basis because proprietary airflow/manifold is a highly specialized service with no substitutes manufactured exclusively by Lab Products, LLC. No other vendor manufactures, distributes, or services this specific system.

Lab Products, LLC is the only known source capable of fulfilling this requirement without causing unacceptable delays, duplication of costs, or compatibility issues with existing infrastructure.
