Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract for an organizational membership with Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) to support professional development, standardized project delivery, and construction quality management initiatives across USACE programs.
CMAA is the sole organization dedicated exclusively to establishing and governing the Construction Management (CM) Standards of Practice and administering the recognized Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credentialing framework. Only CMAA can provide direct organizational access to these standards, credential alignment, and associated technical resources.
Period of Performance: One year.
A solicitation will not be posted. However, any firm that believes it can meet this requirement may give written notification to the Contracting Officer by 21 September 2026. Supporting evidence must be in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement. Responses received will be evaluated. However, a determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will proceed with awarding a Firm Fixed contract to the Construction Management Association of America.
