  • Option for five (5) additional trucks with the same specifications, deliverable within 12 months of contract award
  • Operator and technician training (in English, French, or bilingual) at delivery locations, provided by OEM Factory Certified Training Providers

• Unique or Notable Requirements:

  • Delivery required within 300 days after contract award
  • Trucks must be delivered Duty Paid to specified Canadian Forces Bases
  • Warranty period of at least 12 months or 100,000 km (whichever comes first)
  • Training and familiarization for operators and technicians is mandatory
  • All trucks must be new, not refurbished, and meet all technical and safety standards
  • Procurement is open to competitive bidding; no brand or model is pre-specified

Description

The Department of National Defence (DND) of Canada is seeking to procure five (5) Line Maintenance Trucks for delivery to Canadian Forces Bases in North Bay, Kingston, Suffield, Gagetown, and Wainwright. The delivery is requested within 300 days after contract award. There is an option for an additional five (5) trucks for delivery within Canada. The contract duration is estimated to be 9 months starting from December 2, 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically by email.
