Purpose:
The purpose of this market research questionnaire is to obtain industry's professional feedback regarding the most appropriate project delivery method for the described requirement. The Government seeks your expert feedback to select the optimal project delivery method and contracting vehicle for the above project.
Project Description:
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), New York District, has a requirement for the design and construction for work at the Pituffik Space Base structured around the Initial Operational Capacity (IOC) phase. The complete scope of work is divided into four main categories: Vertical Facilities (Buildings), Airfield and Civil Infrastructure, Utilities Infrastructure, and Security & Site Safeguards.
