Description

Solicitation Number W50S9D26Q0006 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01, dated 13 MAR 2026, and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) change notice 20260705. It is the contractor’s responsibility to become familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition is under North American Industry Classification Standards (NAICS) code 339999, with a total number of employees not to exceed 550.

The government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to a qualified business deemed responsive in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. Quotes must conform to all requirements outlined in this RFQ and will be evaluated based on the best value of the requirement. This office will consider any late quotes or late revisions of quotes as non-responsive.

In no event shall any understanding or agreement between the Contractor and any Government employee other than the Contracting Officer be effective or binding upon the Government. All such actions must be formalized by a proper contractual document executed by an appointed Contracting Officer. The Contractor is hereby notified that if a Government employee other than the Contracting Officer directs a change in the work or increases the scope, it is the Contractor's responsibility to inquire of the Contracting Officer before deviating from the written contract terms. Payments or partial payments will not be made without authorization from an appointed Contracting Officer with the legal authority to bind the Government.

Description of Requirement:   Cable and Antenna PMI Kit

CLIN 0001: The 141st Communications Squadron requires the procurement of three cable and radio-frequency (RF) test and repair systems to support installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of communications and information technology (IT) infrastructure. These capabilities are required to identify faults at the source, verify system performance, reduce equipment downtime, and ensure reliable operation of RF, copper, and fiber-optic communications systems. Each item below supports separate communications and IT maintenance functions and shall not be considered interchangeable with the others.
