The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is seeking a contractor for a commercial roof replacement at its Fort Worth, TX facility. - Government Buyer: - Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Department of Justice - Project Scope: - Replacement of approximately 125,630 square feet of single-ply EPDM membrane roof - Installation of an 80 mil, scrim reinforced, Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) fully adhered roof system in reflective white (basis of design: Carlisle Sureweld) - Removal of existing roofing, structural decking replacement as needed, masonry repairs, vapor barrier installation, two layers of 2.5" Polyisocyanurate rigid insulation board, flashing, and related components - OEM Highlight: - Carlisle Sureweld (basis of design for TPO roof system) - Services Requested: - Complete roofing replacement services including labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, permits, demolition, repairs, coordination with MEP contractors, testing, inspections, administrative reporting, security escort personnel, and warranty documentation - Notable Requirements: - Security clearances for personnel - Coordination with DEA Facility Manager - Adherence to warranty and reporting obligations - Submission of schedules and documentation within 15 days after Notice to Proceed - Period of Performance: - Work must commence within 30 days after Notice to Proceed and be completed within 160 days, including final cleanup - Deliverables: - Administrative reports, inspections, permits, and warranty documentation
