The Pennsylvania Insurance Department, Office of Liquidations, Rehabilitations and Special Funds (OLRSF) seeks legal services for the Underground Storage Tank Indemnification Fund (USTIF). Services include providing coverage opinions, legal support, and representation to defend claims against USTIF, the Tank Installers Indemnification Program (TIIP), or the USTIF Board. The work also involves representing USTIF and TIIP interests in resolving claims, including participant coverage claims, third-party property damage and bodily injury claims, and subrogation matters. The engagement may include other general legal work as designated by the Chief Counsel of the Pennsylvania Insurance Department, USTIF, or the Governor’s Office of General Counsel.
