Description

This solicitation is for licensed access to electronic encyclopedias, early learning, and educational content, including resources for educators, with remote access for libraries and library patrons. The selected products will serve as part of the core set of statewide electronic resources for Massachusetts libraries. Proposals are invited from publishers of online content, value-added resellers, or third-party vendors representing these electronic resources. The contract period is for up to three years, beginning July 1, 2027. The bid response is to be submitted electronically via COMMBUYS by December 18, 2026.
