Description

Solicitation Information N6852026Q1067 is issued as a competitive procurement prepared In Accordance With (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Fleet Readiness Center East (FRCE) at MCAS Cherry Point, NC, has a requirement for laundering services of Government owned lab coats and lab inspection gloves. The period of performance  is (1) Base Year plus (3) three Option Years.

Contract Type: The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis.

Set Aside: This procurment is a total set-aside for small business IAW FAR Overhaul 19.104.

Offeror’s must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoW contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov. Expenses incurred in the preparation of quotes in repsonse to this RFQ are the vendor's sole responsibility and not reimbursable by the Government. All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Jenna Lang at jenna.l.lang2.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 12:00PM Eastern Standard Time on 23 September 2026.

Basis for Award Solicitation closing date/time is firm; proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted. Your quote must contain enough technical information for evaluation. Your quote will only be evaluated based on the information provided. The award will be made on the basis of best value, evaluation factors may include price and technical capability. A determination by the Government not to accept the proposal for not meeting the minimum requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
